I recently completed my Master of Business Administration (Finance), during which time I had the opportunity to work as a graduate assistant and tutor students in math.I had the privilege of working with students of all ages with diverse needs in mathematics.These experiences ignited a passion in me for teaching students and a greater love for my favorite subject, mathematics. A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have only been teaching in a classroom setting for the last two semesters, I have spent a great deal of time teaching friends and fellow students over the years. I am very patient and able to adapt to the student with whom I am working. I am a firm believer that learning, and learning math especially, is not a spectator sport and that a great deal of practice is required to fully understand most material. I do my best to provide a helping hand with that practice.
Throughout high school and college, I performed at an academic level well above average. As a result, I often found myself helping my fellow students. As part of my graduate assistantship at Missouri State, I work in the math tutoring lab several hours a week, tutoring (primarily) algebra and calculus students.
