For example, if your child needs help in science and the unit is on the water cycle, I have different experiments that would help reinforce what they learn in class. I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.

A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have never tutored before, I love working with kids and have always had a knack for school, which I hope will translate well into tutoring ability.
