As a graduating senior in the Honors College of The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Chemistry, I am surrounded by opportunities for both learning and teaching. While I complete the last semester of my degree, I am also beginning to take on several teaching positions. I am currently a mid-career scientist who is looking to transition into the teaching profession. I have tutored high school and college students for several years in chemistry, algebra, physics, and geometry. I have a BS in Chemistry and have taken additional coursework in chemistry and education. I have extensive experience as a chemist working in the laboratory, and have several published research articles in the field.
