I have worked with preschoolers and children K-8. Furthermore, I have tutored in Reading Comprehension, Math, Writing Skills, and Spanish. I have worked as an Office Manager, where I used Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Data Entry programs. Tutoring children in Reading Comprehension gave me great satisfaction because most of them made great improvements, and were able to raise their grades in this subject. I prefer teaching/tutoring in a way that I actually draw the answer out of the student, whether immediate or prolonged. Another method I frequently employ is actually having the student "teach" step by step the process in solving any particular question, in which I have received quite a bit of positive feedback on.
