Experience Summary
I not only majored in French during my college years but studied abroad one semester in La Rochelle France. Then I left the US in 1992 to live in the south of France until 1996. We moved our family to Cameroon Africa (French speaking) in 2005 and stayed there until 2018. I taught French 3 at an international school in Cameroon for three years while getting my Masters. Then I continued teaching French 2, 3 and AP at an international school in Nairobi Kenya for two years. During this time I have done extensive tutoring for students taking not only the AP French exam but also for those testing the GCSE and IGCSE in French language.
Teaching Style
Personalized one on one instruction per the students strengths and weaknesses. Lively and student driven pace towards acquisition of the French language.
My Hobbies
I love French! I also love to cook and bake. I love to be outside with our black lab pup and I love being a mom and new grandma
