Experience Summary
I graduated from Radnor High School in 2014 where my favorite subjects were French, Math, and Language Arts. I graduated from Northeastern University (in Boston) in 2019 where I majored in Communications Studies and minored in Gender Studies. I have taken bachelors courses in public speaking, interpersonal communications, global and intercultural communication, organizational communication, research methods, writing, ASL, and more. I am currently working on my Masters in Elementary Education from Lesley University; I am over half way through the program. I have taken masters courses in Elementary phonics and reading, math, social studies, multicultural education, and number theory. I have experience as a learning facilitator, assisting a pair of kindergarteners with virtual learning and homework help.
Teaching Style
I am patient, well mannered, kind, professional, detail-oriented, and creative. I place more emphasis on the journey than the destination. I am passionate about the arts, and love to integrate the arts into learning whenever possible. I am up-to-date on current teaching practices, as I am currently working on my Masters in Elementary Education. I believe that each student has unique needs and learning styles, and aim to adjust my teaching style accordingly.
