Experience Summary
I have tutored students from my local high school and elementary school. Not only that, but I have also proofread essays and assisted in the college essay writing process. Throughout my life, I have been an avid reader and writer, always excelling in my classes. Furthermore, my writing has been published online and in the newspaper, as I was the communication lead of my high school's Lemelson MIT InvenTeam. Furthermore, I have taken the ACT fairly recently, and believe that my experience as an actual student who took the test is invaluable. I understand how stressful this time is, and I think I have the best strategies to help mitigate one's anxiety, and increase one's score!
Teaching Style
I am a relaxed, patient tutor. I mainly teach specific strategies and "game plans" that I can tailor to each student's needs. When I was taking the ACT, it calmed my nerves knowing that I had set steps to follow that would help me reach my goal.
Additionally, because I suffer from ADHD and have overcame the obstacles it has presented, I know extremely helpful ways to make studying easier for ADHD students.

Writing poetry and short stories, digital marketing and advertising, singing, working out.
