Grew up in Asia and witnessed natural language acquisition firsthand. 8 years teaching experience (German as a foreign language) in 3 high schools. Currently designing online courses (German). Additional certification in teaching adults. I am also very active in Professional Development and update teaching skills continuously to help support my students. Proven track record with AP German students scoring high on the AP German exam.
Teaching Style
Highly adaptive to student learner style / type. Preferred methods: CI (comprehensible input), PBLL (project based language learning), heavy emphasis on building conversational skills, as this gives learners the necessary confidence in writing.
