Experience Summary
My passion is to help students realize they can accomplish whatever they set their minds to. I have been teaching English for almost 8 years. I taught English for 6 years in an English School in Brazil, and I have been teaching English as a Second Language (private classes) in the USA for almost two years. I build a relationship with the student, and create an environment where she/he can succeed. It is my job as a tutor to determine how each of my students learn best. I love the accomplishments of all of my students. They end speaking languages fluently.
Teaching Style
My energy, persistence, and patience serve to motivate my students to apply themselves and not give up. People learn in different ways and I adapt my teachings to each student. Are you a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learner? I am fulfilled when I see my students grow and become more self-confident as students and people. Everyone needs to know that someone believes in them. My students know that I believe in them, today, tomorrow, and always.
