Experience Summary
I have a BSc in molecular biology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. I have taught upper division laboratories at the college level, and previously worked as a scientist for the UFCVM where I participated in a wide variety of research and professional medical projects. I have tutored math, chemistry, physics and biology, and I'm currently working on obtaining a secondary degree in physics.
Teaching Style
I like to tutor by working through problems with the student in a manner that builds his or her confidence - because every person can understand difficult scientific concepts but it takes a vivid imagination and solid guidance; I try to be that guidance.
My Hobbies
My hobbies include painting, mathematics, physics, animal care and travel.
Other Comments
Learning tends to be ugly, and I don't claim to make it less so, but I can make it more enjoyable and show you the light at the end of the tunnel.
