Experience Summary
Helping others is something that I have always enjoyed doing. While, I may not have the qualifications stating that I can tutor someone, I do have the ability and do have experience in training people at my previous employment. I think that it takes a lot of patience to be able to train or tutor someone and that is something that I possess. A great tutor needs to be able to listen to the person that they are tutoring and be able to adjust the tutoring to fit their way of learning. Everyone learns differently and being able to work with the person to find the best way to teach them is something that I feel very strongly about and would work very hard to do. The different fields that I have marked are all areas that I feel confident in and feel that I have the ability to teach someone else. Some things, like writing, are things that you get better at over time and this is also a subject that is very close to my heart. I think that creative writing is a great way to stimulate the brain and the more that a person writes, the better they become. I feel that I would be able to give the support to help someone, whether that is a child or an adult, get the skills that they need to accomplish all of their goals. No matter what those goals might be. One of the key things is to listen and make sure that the person understands what they are learning. There is nothing worse than to be thinking that you are learning something and then taking a test and realizing that you do not really remember anything that you learned. Education is something that I feel very strongly about and would like to be able to help others in any way that I can.
