Experience Summary
Retired CPA with over 40 years experience. Can teach all levels of accounting from elementary thru advanced accounting, auditing, taxation and managerial. Have teaching experience at college level, including elementary, intermediate and managerial accounting. Also taught continuing education seminars at national CPA firm, where I served as a senior manager. Have a wide range of knowledge in a variety of sophisticated areas of accounting.

Conceptually oriented. Once you understand the underlying concept, everything else should be easy.
