Experience Summary
As a Spanish teacher, I have an MA in Spanish, and have worked as a Spanish teacher at both the secondary and post-secondary levels. I have additionally worked as a Spanish translator and interpreter in the legal, academic, and medical areas. I know the value of knowing more than one language, as I have traveled in many different parts of the world, and have personally experienced the benefits of being able to communicate with people in their own language when travelling.
Teaching Style
When working with students one-on-one, I try to find out exactly where the next step needed for the student to progress would be, and then work to achieve an understanding of the foundational material that needs to be understood and applied to achieve success, and then move on from there.
My Hobbies
I am passionately interested in language and music. I also am into history, mathematics, economics, etc.
