Experience Summary
Since 2008, I have been a teacher and just relocated from teaching German at a high school in Pennsylvania to beautiful Sarasota. I do have my Pennsylvania Professional Teaching Certificate and am getting my Florida one. I love to teach and enjoying inspiring others to learn more about the world around them. I have lived in Germany and am fluent in German. I also am a huge history buff and have traveled to over 20 countries.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is student centered. I will adapt the information according to the type of learner you are. I understand that no two students learn the same way. I create scaffolding lessons and activities focused on differentiated learning styles from hands-on learner to visual learner. My goal is to promote student learning, achievement, and success.
My Hobbies
My hobbies include playing soccer, going to the beach, hiking, traveling, exploring, learning other cultures/languages, and spending time outdoors.

| I am a teacher and in my free time I travel to historical significant destinations. My students have named me the female Indiana Jones. I have been to the Roman Ruins in Trier Germany to Mayan Ruins in Mexico. I also have spent time with the Navajo and Lakota tribes out west. |
