I've spent 20 years providing solutions for startups, ad agencies, fortune 1000, and 500 clients.
I also have other applicable areas of capabilities based on various experiences:
these include business development / brand management, sales & marketing savvy, ability with various teaching / educational roles. I can analyze, design and deliver comprehensive solutions to meet complex business requirements for product development as well as write the briefs that will help take products to market.
I work with a variety of clients from high Tech, advertising, marketing, and political clients.
I've taught over 600 middle school and high school on art grants in Michigan. I've taught dozens of corporate people and I've had a great success in each case. I come to you with tutoring and instructional design experience.
Teaching Style
I'm an easy going teacher, software and design requires patience in both the student and teacher. It is a show and tell, where you will be explaining yourself repeatedly.
I feel the best teachers, show the student what they expect, and have the student both verbally and by demonstration show they understand the processes. If they can't verbally walk me through it, it hasn't sunk in and they won't be able to repeat the lesson when I'm not around. I don't want that, I'm paid to make sure that isn't the case.
My Hobbies
I have several - but I spend a lot of time keeping my dog happy which is a good thing.
Other Comments
I haven't stopped learning, I learn from my students, and I take classes in illustration and other design courses to make sure I'm not getting stale in my solutions. My clients need that and expect that of me.
