Dr. Ikegulu, in addition to his Christian beliefs, affiliation, and Youth Ministry, is also the Programs/Project Evaluator at Beaumont Independent School District (BISD). He used to be the Evaluator/Coordinator for the National Science Foundation’s grant supported Comprehensive Partnerships for Mathematics and Science Achievement (CPMSA) project at the BISD; a position he assumed after he left the Ozen High School (also in BISD) where he was a Mathematics Teacher. He was once a Research Associate in the Department of Educational Leadership, College of Education and an Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Statistics with the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, College of Science and Technology at Grambling State University. He earned one of his terminal degrees in Instructional Technology and Education Statistics at Grambling’s distinguished institution of higher learning. He earned his BS (Mathematics) from Southern University; an MS (Management) from Troy State University; and an MA (Applied Mathematics [Statistics]) from University of West Florida. He has a combined total of at least 21 years teaching in higher education and public school settings. Dr. Ikegulu’s other terminal degrees are in Biblical Counseling (Doctor of Biblical Counseling [DBS]) and doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
