Experience Summary
I am a french lady, 25 years old.
I have had many student jobs, as a waitress but also baby sitter, health care, mathematiques tutor.
After graduation, I worked 2 years as an education in a school specialised in Autism Support. I enjoyed applying an innovative approche to teach language and social skills with the kids. I am passionnate about language and education. I worked with very young children, 2 years old, and also teenagers in highschool.
Now that I am in NY with my husband I would like to teach my first language, firstable because I am missing it and also because I realised that I enjoy a lot teaching French to my husband and my friends, explaining the culture.
Teaching Style
What passionnate me the most in teaching language is to find the motivation of the person in front of me. What will help the person to use the language to express her/himself. We can learn a language as a theory, but the best is to enjoy using it, speaking it, learning more about it. I want to see this curiosity appearing in the eyes of my students.
My Hobbies
I am a singer, I am an ex-gymnaste, I like to use old stuff and remake it new by using my creativity. I like to talk to people, learning about cultures.
