Experience Summary
I have been teaching for 5+ years in both a public and private school environment. I currently teach middle school social studies and science. I also teach in a special education environment. I have experience with working with a variety of students at different levels. I am current on my licensure for the state and am familiar with the Standards of Learning. I am certified to teach Lindamood Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing and Seeing Stars. I have experience teaching social skills, study skills and organization skills
Teaching Style
I think learning needs vary from student to student and not all students are going to fit in the mold. I enjoy making the most challenging subjects seem fun. Learning does not always have to be boring.
