Experience Summary

I am new to the tutoring field but am very passionate about the idea of helping others learn. I am currently minoring in English and am planning on furthering my education by obtaining a Master's in Shakespeare after receiving my Bachelor's in 2016. The subjects I have chosen to tutor are those I am very excited about, and I hope to share that excitement with those needing assistance. I have helped fellow students with these materials before in an unofficial tutoring environment and have enjoyed it immensely; I'm hoping this will open my doors a little wider and allow me to become a bigger part of the tutoring world. I am patient, understanding, and fully willing to take sessions as slow or as fast as needed for each individual student. I understand how difficult and frustrating it can be when trying to dive into a challenging subject, and I also know how hard Shakespeare in particular can be to those who have not developed an interest in him or his works. I feel that my understanding, academic experience, and passion with this topic will allow me to successfully assist others who are struggling.
