Erika Reyes has a Bachelor Degree with a dual of two minors in Business Management with Computer Software and Spanish Language and Culture from Alverno College, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management Administration Instruction from Ottawa University. For the past 7 years, she has been working for Herzing University as a Computer Software Instructor. Also, for the past 14 years, she works in the Business Division under the department of Graphic Arts and Information Technologies for Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) as a Computer Software Instructor as well. Erika has an extensive research experience with adult education, and college access retention. With over 10 years of experience, Erika has ensured that the diverse language and minority population have better access and success in Higher Education.
