Experience Summary
I will have graduated from the University of California, Irvine as of June, 2015 with a B.A. in Cognitive Sciences. Throughout high school and college I have had an extensive history with writing and literary fiction, both in reading and writing. My last teaching job was as an instructor in martial arts for both kids and adult classes. Before that, I was a private tutor for two years. Currently I am in the process of finishing a genre fiction manuscript.
Teaching Style
Interactive. My goal is to help students become self-sufficient, not tell them how to do things. My teaching style revolves around guiding students for the first few steps before seeing how far they can go on their own.
