Have more than 20 years of actual/hands-on & extensive experiences/exposures in civil engineering projects, management, corporate planning, studies, designs, land/water resources & infrastructures development, implementation/maintenance of various integrated projects, viz: earthworks, remediation, roads, bridges, jetties, ports, oil & gas stations, buildings, subdivisions, public utilities/water/sewerage, community facilities, storm water, transportation, urban & rural development, etc. in many countries (viz: Fiji Islands, Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, France, Afghanistan, Australia, etc.). Had successfully handled & with great achievements in many positions (viz: Director, General Manager, Manager, Chief/Supervising Engineer, Senior Engineer, Civil/Structural Engineer, Consultant, etc.) in different Government & Private offices including The World Bank, both in my home country and abroad. I am a Licensed & Registered Professional Civil Engineer, & Life Member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers in the Philippines. I finished Degrees in: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Masters Studies in Engineering, Master in Business Administration, Master in Public Administration, & had completed many Post Graduate/Advanced Studies in Engineering, Management, Environmental, Land Use Planning, Budgeting, Financial Management, etc., both in local & overseas. Have extensive experiences working with general contractors, & with comprehensive knowledge of materials, methods, tools, mechanical/electrical/hydraulics engineering, construction equipment, heavy duty vehicles used/involved in capital works, infrastructure upgrade, etc.. Likewise, have the initiative, flexibility, drive and with ability to work/communicate effectively at all levels & different environment, as well as providing professional services/advice/training on various matters.
