California public school teacher for 19 years, and private school teacher for 4 years. Have lived in Bay area since 1994. Trained in common core and collaboration techniques, including "close reading". Was private tutor in mid 1990's while teaching at a Christian school. Sometimes a small group setting hinders, rather than helps a child's success at school. Open to one on one or group setting, depending on the needs of the child.
