Accounting professional with 15 years of experience in the accounting field with experience ranging from that of a bookkeeper to that of a controller. I am able to solve complex accounting problems along with in-depth knowledge of accounting research. I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, a master’s degree in business, and am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in accounting. Along with my accounting and finance experience, I have developed a broad knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics as well as Cognos reporting and have worked with the software for more than 5 years. I have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly in the area of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I have also taught corporate staff on using these programs as well as the accounting software previously mentioned. During my pursuit of my BA and MBA, I tutored classmates in various accounting, finance and business classes. My experience in my professional career also includes various HR roles.
