Experience Summary
First, I was born and raised in France. I obtained my baccalauréat in Science, Economics, and Management in Lycee Aristide Briand, Gap, 2006. I enlisted the U.S. Army as a French/Spanish Linguist. I have an A.A. in Spanish, issued by the Defense Language Institute, in Monterrey, CA, 2014. I have worked aside with the Military Intelligence and DoD to support various missions, namely as a translator/interpreter and other analytic assignments with 5+ years of experience.
Teaching Style
Writing is an important part of my language. In order to convey your thoughts on the paper, grammar, conjugation, sentence structure, idioms, vocab, metaphors, etc. will play a big part of what I focus on. My second priority in communicating in French is to speak it. We will study and practice the distinctions between "street" "academic" talking styles or formal and informal ways to address a given audience.
My Hobbies
After working in a SCIF for so many years, outdoor activities are my favorites. Primarily, golf, snowboarding, hiking, and climbing.
