• Designed Electrical Enclosure, endwall insulation & Junction Box for light rail & high speed locomotives.
• Optimized cost, using Aluminum material after verifying with F.E.A. & demonstrated prototype of model.
• Designed sheet metal parts, structural weldments, Electro-Mechanical packaging, large and small welded and bolted assemblies, fiberglass and plastic parts in 3D CAD models using PTC CREO Elements/Pro 5.0.
