Experience Summary
Throughout my business career at the Executive-Level, I enjoyed training my subordinates, peers and leaders on accounting policies, systems and technical issues. In addition to training in my civilian career, I currently teach business courses at the college level. The trademark of my professional success is my ability to empower others to succeed.
Teaching Style
Key to my teaching style is to learn the student’s strengths and weaknesses in a subject, then build their confidence using their strength. Using their strength, I then teach them how to take ownership for their learning by teaching easy and fun ways to critically think through accounting problems that are by the steps and work like a charm every time.
