Experience Summary
I started learning German during high school and studied the language through college to earn a degree. I spent the last year in Germany as an au pair to continue to develop my German language skills. During this experience, I spent a year with a host family and cared for three children who did not speak English. I continue to study the language daily, even if it is limited to reading online articles or short listening exercises.
