Experience Summary
I have experience in accounting and taxes, in various industries. I started out with the Big Four, passed the CPA exam and moved to privately held businesses. Some were large operations, and others were very small. Small businesses are my favorite because of the great variety of job duties. I have experience in human resources, marketing, communications, and finance. I started tutoring math and English while in high school. When I was a senior at Ohio State, I tutored new accounting students. I was raised by a teacher so education and learning have always been a big part of my life.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is to be kind and patient. If a concept needs to be repeated 10 times before it makes sense, then that's what we will do. I would hope to share the joy of learning.
