About Me

Experience Summary

I have been tutoring for over 10 years in all types of Math, including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus etc. I have also been tutoring in Chemistry and Physics. I have experience tutoring at the Middle School, High School, and College levels. I love tutoring students with diverse backgrounds ethnically, educationally, economically etc. I love people and I love teaching!

Teaching Style

Different students have different 'keys' to learning. I utilize a flexible approach which seeks to 'unlock' the potential in each individual student.

My Hobbies

I enjoy Biking, Hiking, Rose Gardening, Board Games, Reading, and I am an avid UNC Football and Basketball fan. My family loves Animals of all types (our house is like a zoo!). I also enjoy learning to work on my cars, Cutting and splitting wood for our Wood Stove, and family movies and any family activity with my wonderful wife and three kids.
