Experience Summary
Taught English, Composition and Creative Writing at the college (State University of NY at Albany), secondary school (Hackett HS and Central Park HS, Albany)and am a published author and playwright.
My gospel musical "Mahalia" was a success in community theatre (Silver Spring, Md.) durng 2011 & 2012.
My published work "Delightful" has been a best seller in the poetry market (including Amazon).
As a Senior Education Program Officer for the U.S. Dept. of Education, for 36 years, wrote,edited, and published a myriad of documents and nationally distributed publications. Also served in Senior Publications and Writer assignments for the New York State Dept. of Education (Albany, NY) and The Council of the Great City Schools (a consortium of large, urban school districts, Wash., DC).
Now retired, am currently a popular freelance writer, playwright, and poet.
