Experience Summary
Studied Applied Mathematics, Economics, and some Statistics at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I was a tutor for two students at Finger Lakes Community College for Pre-Calculus. I have been studying mathematics for many years now and although i don't have formal degree yet, I can say with confidence that I have the ability to pass on the math skills required in certain areas of study. As stated, I do have tutoring experience which is when I realized my love of mathematics.
Teaching Style
The more problems done the better. This allows for building a foundation of strategies that can be applied to similar problems and at the same time enhance the ability to recognize small differences among problems.
My Hobbies
Soccer is my favorite sport. Currently playing on two indoor teams this winter and play on a men's team during the summer.
Other Comments
Working toward getting my level 1 and 2 certification in the programming language SAS. SAS is used in statistical analysis of large data sets. My main interest is in regression analysis.
