Experience Summary
I hold an honor's degree in marine biology and a masters degree in marine renewable energy. I have a strong scientific background performing environmental studies and development of marine tidal energy developments. I have previously privately tutored young adults from 12-18 years old. Whilst working towards my masters degree i was employed as a student ambassador with Plymouth University; trusted to teach and promote higher education to schools and colleges around England.
Teaching Style
I am very adaptable and can either teach in a very structured format, or focus on a students specific area of need. The first teaching session focuses on the students needs, preferences and proffered teaching / study methods. I can use this information to tailor my teaching to your specific needs.
My Hobbies
I love the great outdoors and many independent sports such as: road cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking. I am also a fully qualified sports diver with a great passion for the ocean.
