Classteacher for five years where I motivated my learners and control attended register.head of department in the senior and get phase. Teach Maths from grade 8 to grade 10. Teach Mathematical literacy from grade 10 to 12.Manage educators dork,moderate their assessment tasks.determined needs of my phase.Organize phase meetings.Developed educators in my phase.i acted as a principal for 3 yrs.Control leave register, log book and time book. Act as a mentor,determined in needs of the schools,organized meetings.Solve conflicts without taking sides.Encouraged team work.Do budget of the school.learner support educator,help learners with learning disabilities,screen them referred them ifit is needed.school librarian,managed day to day running of the school library. Teaching Style
Use goup work in the high school where they assist each other.learner centered style where I facilitated and they do work on their own. Different types of assessments to check their understanding.teach them according to their abilities because I believe every learner is having ability to learn the problem they are not taught according to their abilities.Creat positive environment so that everyone enjoy to be in class.Consider the standard of the gifted one,average and those who are having learning disabilities.
