I worked as a field biologist for NOAA for over ten years. The research I was involved in consisted of the following: coral reef ecology; benthic ecology; habitat characterization; population estimates of exploited reef fishes; energy pathways; sea grass ecology; primary production; marine food webs; carbon isotope signatures; and diving.

Informal with an emphasis on STEM education.

Guitar; songwriting; diving; reading.

I have co-authored peer reviewed scientific publications. Due to my education and my experience in the field I feel I would make a really good Marine Biology tutor!
