Experience Summary
I have been teaching in Yuma, AZ for 23 years. I have taught 4th, 5th and 6th grades. I currently teach Science and Social Studies for 5th grade at Gary Knox Elementary. I have experience working with a variety of learning styles and abilities. I can help students with learning disabilities, as well as ADD/ADHD.
Teaching Style
I am a very kind and loving person and take this approach when tea hung students. I believe in treating people with respect and I model this in my teaching on a daily basis. I believe that each child has the potential to learn anything, We must just find the best way they do that.
My Hobbies
I am very active with Yuma County 4-H and traveling around Arizona taking my daughter to various livestock shows. I love to do crafts when time allows, gardening and reading.
