Other Comments
Learning is about finding the fit that works for the individual. Some students fall behind in a classroom environment because they don't recognize their style of learning. Teaching is patience and repetition. Engaging the student is the responsibility of the teacher. Finding their interests and helping them stay engaged is the challenge. Homework can be overwhelming and this is another area that requires tailoring the material to the student's style of learning. Sometimes this is just not an option to them. That's when conformity comes into play. If they can understand how these subjects apply to their lives future and present, they are more apt to conform with their class and subject matter.
