Experience Summary
Most of my experience tutoring has been in math and sciences. I have always excelled in math, even in college. I only went up to Calculus because that was all that was required for my degree, but I always picked it up easily. I also did very well in both biology and chemistry. Most of my experience in tutoring has been in algebra, chemistry, and biology. However, I am a well-rounded person, I would love to also lend my tutoring to students struggling with reading and history.
Teaching Style
I do believe that there is no single best way to teach. I try to cater to my student and find out what type of learner she or he is. From there, I also find it important to make the material relevant and applicable in order to bring it to life and inspire curiosity and thirst for that knowledge in the student.

| I took many biology courses in college in order to complete my B.S. in Environmental Management and Protection. Biology can be a very challenging subject, but with the right studying techniques, study groups, or tutor, it is applied to our daily lives and I'd love to share this with the many young teens who struggle with the subject. |
