Experience Summary
20 years teaching in Egypt English as a second Language. 6 years as an assistant professor teaching Arabic ( MSA and Egyptian dialect) at Defense Language Institute in CA, using computer and SmartBoard in teaching,attending many workshops about teaching Listening,Reading and Speaking.Participating in Arabic outdoor activities with students and colleagues to help students to practice speaking.
Teaching Style
Student-Centered Approach,by this style student plays an active role in what is learned and the teacher will advise, facilitate and guide students down a learning path through class participation,group or pair work and assess.Inquiry based learning and cooperative learning are subcategories for that approach.
