- Manage and supervise students in Richmond Public Schools inside/outside classrooms by filing and keeping record of daily progress for teachers, state, and company database.
- Provide assistance to elementary, middle and high school students in 3rd grade mathematics, 7th grade mathematics, 8th grade mathematics, algebra 1, and algebra 2
- Collaborate with teachers and site leaders helping to prepare students for Sol Testing using different methods and tactics to help students gain greater comprehension and achieve a higher level of academic success and increase S.O.L. passing ratings in Richmond Public Schools.
Teaching Style
I love tutoring for the aspect that you don't have to explain like a teacher. I work with students explaining the process as to how it works first. After the students comprehend the process I tell them the terminology, so when they go back to class they are no longer lost and confused as to what is going on...
