Experience Summary
Over the course of my undergraduate career, I have accumulated an ample amount of experience in both tutoring and research. I have tutored for various organizations in the university as well as private tutoring. Organizations include Supplemental Instruction and Thornton Athletic Student Life Center. I have been employed by these two facilities for over three years and I still currently work at the Thornton Athletic Center. I have researched for Dr. Jimmy Mays at the University of Tennessee, who is a highly respected, distinguished scientist, for approximately two years. Being a tutor and a researcher for over two years, I have a vast knowledge of both chemistry and math subjects.
Teaching Style
My teaching varies from student to student. Some have difficulties with simple concepts and others have questions about more advanced material. Nonetheless, I adjust to these situations. I will give real life situations or simple examples that can be applied to the question or concept that the student has.
