Teaching Style
Learning activities are hands-on, active, and experiential. The experiences use as many senses and learning styles as possible to meet the needs of all types of learners. Students will create many of their own learning materials and educational games. Spalding Phonics is taught as a foundation to assist young readers in using phonics to learn new words. Communication with the student's teachers is encouraged to target specific learning areas in need of strengthening.
