Teacher in secondary schools since 1999. Mathematics Department lead teacher for eight years at Greenbrier Christian Academy, responsible to: •Teach a standard course load, •Assist all Mathematics teachers in grades 1 – 12 in their preparation for, and delivery of, appropriate Mathematics instruction. Completed Principles on Online Learning distance course at the University of Virginia, summer, 2013. Tutoring Upper School Math and Physics, Math sections of the ASVAB the SAT since 2010.

I ask students questions that lead them to correct answers. I show them how to do the same for themselves, enabling them to learn on their own.

My Hobbies

I enjoy working on classic cars (amateur) and driving them. I also like to watch Formula 1 races.
