Experience Summary
I have taught over 34 years, mostly in all areas of Mathematics. Geomentry is my greatest strength, however I have also taught Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Calculus, Speech, Drama, English Grammar, Reading Literature. I have taught at every grade level from 6th through 12th, and College (Seminole State College).
Teaching Style
I use a "leading" style of Discovery Learning. I lead the student to the place where he or she DISCOVERS how to work the problems. This way, the learning is imbedded in the mind of the student, rather than just being something that was told to them.
My Hobbies
Chess, Sports (Tennis, and most team sports). I have coached basketball, football, softball, track, tennis.
