Experience Summary
12 years experience as an architectural designer. After the birth of my third child, I developed an injury so I could not go back to being an architect. I volunteered in the public schools and enjoyed the experience, so I decided to go back to school to become a math teacher. Along the way, I have tutored in mathematics and language arts for 6 years. I have two years of full time experience in teaching high school math.
Teaching Style
I like to break down the steps in math so can be rebuilt by student. I work alongside the student so they can have success instead of just having the student watch me solve problems.
