Experience Summary
My name is Mila. I am an experienced teacher of ESOL and Reading. I was teaching in Europe for many years, and 8 years in Florida. During my career, I was teaching students of 5 - 70 years old. Many of my former students live and work in Europe and the USA.
I am knowledgeable, hard-working, dedicated and caring. For many years, I was not only teaching at public school, but also tutoring students after school, teaching home-bound students, conducting evening classes of ESOL for adults.
I have experience in preparing students for Reading FCAT,TOEFL, also ACT and SAT Writing and Reading. I also have experience of incorporating technologies in the educational process, also teaching remote students online (500 hours taught).
I provide my students with individual approach; I am always sensitive to my students needs.
I love teaching; I enjoy working with students of all ages and backgrounds. I hold a professional certificate of Florida DOE. I speak 3 languages: English, Russian, Lithuanian. I graduated from high school with gold medal and from Donetsk University with Honor's diploma.

I apply an individual flexible approach to my students, identify their needs, also strong and weak academic points and tailor my instruction accordingly.
I incorporate engaging activities with extensive use of visuals and technology.
