Experience Summary
The best experienced I have as a nurse is the joy and love to deliver the best patient and family care. I have over 28+ years of experience in clinical nursing. My experience ranges from Pediatric and Adult Emergency Room Care, Intensive Care, Trauma, Critical Care as well as neonatal care. The hand on experience I have, combined with my master's degree in Nursing makes me an ideal tutor. I have worked with several students to help them understand and get through their clinical rotations throughout different hospital class programs. I pride myself in my ability to help students connect the theories of nursing, plan of care, assessment, interventions and diagnoses to understand human diseases and deliver the best nursing practice. I used through my tutoring multiple e-learning interactive activities to help the students to be successful on passing the NCLEX test and become stronger nurses. I can tutor you on any subject while you are attending nursing school to meet the emerging client challenges & practice on manifold domains. I, enjoy to mentor for practicum, papers and research. I am currently precepting student nurses rotating at Baptist Hospital of Miami Pediatric ER.
Teaching Style
E learning activities and simulations will depends on the student learning needs and reduce anxiety levels during learning hours. I will develop unique individual programs to meet student expectations to learn.
