Experience Summary
I hold a bachelor's degree in Information Science and I did major in Publishing and Media Studies. i have a certificate in computer packages. I have taught English as a subject in a Secondary school and my responsibilities included teaching grammar, writing and composition. I also did some spelling checks with the students. I have also worked with a radio station and I was tasked with several activities. This included gathering news stories, writing them and later presenting them live. This work requires a good command of English and good writing skills which I posses. I also did some reporting for the radio from the field. This enabled me to be fluent in the spoken language and also improved my command of English as a spoken language. Currently I work as a journalist and a writer with a certain paper in Kenya. I gather news stories and later write them to be published. I am confident that my past work experience have given me sufficient knowledge and the education that I need in order to be able to teach others. It has also equipped me with the appropriate skills that I require in order to pass the knowledge to other individuals who are in need.
