Experience Summary
Having been a nursing instructor for 3 years gives me an advantage when it comes to teaching the NCLEX reviews. My classes are small and personal and have had many successful outcomes. My experiences as a nurse include over 20 years in all areas, especially the ER. I firmly believe what you learn in the field, helps you pass on the education. So many schools hire instructors (masters), who may have a degree, but do not have the ability to teach. There needs to be passion and dedication toward students. After all a good instructor is an advocate.
