Teaching Style
I prefer to use materials that students have been given in their classroom (textbooks, homework, study guides, notes) and provide additional explanation and examples. I always ask students which areas they would like to go over most importantly. I ask them to try an example problem with me, and then one without me until they feel confident in their ability to solve that type of math problem and its concepts.
